Galloping Goose
Galloping Goose is a medium roast that features a dash of sweetness similar to pancake syrup followed by earthy/grassy notes with a slight finish of chocolate.
We named this coffee after the Galloping Goose trail in Crosby, Minnesota where Laura and Brian enjoy spending time.
Sweet Swan
Sweet Swan is a dark roast that is packed with a chocolatey flavor with some hints of caramel and almond occasionally.
Sweet Swan is named after a family of swans that have recently moved into the nature preserve we walk daily.
Cozy Crane
Cozy Crane is a medium roast that starts creamy and ends nutty (roasted peanut butter) with a very mild chocolate taste throughout.
We named Cozy Crane after a family of Sandhill Cranes that we observed over a long weekend in Two Harbors, Minnesota.
